Notes. Notes. Columns 2 to 4: input parameters. Columns 5 to 13: diagnostics computed from the saturated states of the simulations. The value τsat indicates the time span of the saturated stage. The values Pcycl and cycl are the cycle periods determined from the magnetic field components and magnetic energy, respectively, and EPcycl and Pcycl are the corresponding error estimates; see Sect. 3.1. The value PPY is the cycle period determined using a Parker–Yoshimura dynamo wave; see Eqs. (7) and (8) and Sect. 3.2. The value Emag/Ekin is the ratio of magnetic to kinetic energy. All runs have PrSGS = 2 and PrM = 1 and a density contrast of Γρ = 31.

Current usage metrics show cumulative count of Article Views (full-text article views including HTML views, PDF and ePub downloads, according to the available data) and Abstracts Views on Vision4Press platform.

Data correspond to usage on the plateform after 2015. The current usage metrics is available 48-96 hours after online publication and is updated daily on week days.
