Maximum differences of position for the same particles between simulations with same initial conditions as a function of time, represented by the number of iterations. These are the maxima for all the particles’ differences of position of every configuration considered in this article (with ϵ_n = ϵ_t = 0.5). The 15 000 iterations correspond to about 0.44 s and occur just before the impact of the lander on the surface.
