Velocity-channel maps of the CO(2–1) line emission in the central 80′′ × 80′′ area of the IRC +10 216 envelope, observed with ALMA+SD at a spatial resolution of 0.35′′ × 0.33′′ (HPBW, PA = 38°). The spectra have been binned to a resolution of 1.9 km s-1; marked velocities are expressed in km s-1 and relative to the LSR. The star velocity is V = −26.5 km s-1.
