Central-star parameters are from (1) Morisset & Georgiev (2009), (2) Herald & Bianchi (2011), (3) Malkov (1997), (4) Georgiev et al. (2008), (5) Kudritzki et al. (2006), (6) Méndez et al. (1992), and (7) Miller et al. (2016). Luminosities are scaled to the new expansion distances, and the luminosity errors consider only the distance uncertainties.
