The sample consists of 14 early O-dwarfs with spectral types earlier than O4V (see text for the references and discussion) in the Galaxy (Z = 1 Z⊙), the LMC (Z = 0.5 Z⊙), the SMC (Z = 0.2 Z⊙), and IC 1613 (Z = 0.14 Z⊙).
