Observed SO2 142,12−133,11 signal (centred at 47 913.427 MHz) during the cleaning of the cell through an O2 plasma at 0.1 mbar. The integration time was 5 min. The derived partial pressure of SO2 is 0.04 mbar (see text). The spectral resolution is 640 kHz.
