The number counts extracted from high-resolution interferometric data (int.) are colored in blue and purple (Oteo et al. 2016; Karim et al. 2013; Simpson et al. 2015; Fujimoto et al. 2016; Hatsukade et al. 2013; Aravena et al. 2016), while we use orange for single-dish (SD) results (Coppin et al. 2006; Geach et al. 2017; Lindner et al. 2011; Scott et al. 2012).
