Midplane solids-to-gas ratio for the many-seeds model design of Schoonenberg & Ormel (2017) with p / g = 1.1 for α = 10-3 and 2 × 10-3. The strong boost in solids-to-gas between the two runs arises from the backreaction of the solids on the gas, which reduces the radial drift of the particles, resulting in a more significant pileup.
