Light curve of the transit on June 18, 2010, and the fit including a ring with a size Lr = 0.2 R∗ and a thickness Hr = 0.07 R∗, where R∗ is the star radius (blue line). This fit has a χ2 of 3204, that is larger by ~35 than the χ2 of the best fit without a ring (thin red line). Such ring is thus excluded at about 6σ confidence level. The bottom panel shows the residuals after subtraction of the best fit without ring.
