Notes.

(a)

The q parameter refers to the total-IR (λrest = 8−1000μm) value, i.e. qqTIR.

(b)

The spectral index for AzTEC 2 refers to a frequency interval between 1.4 and 3 GHz, and is not considered in the statistical analysis.

(c)

The radio spectral index for AzTEC 21b could not be constrained, and hence it was assumed to be α = −0.75 ± 0.05.

(d)

The sample median value was derived using all the tabulated values except those for AzTEC 2 and 21b. The quoted uncertainties of the sample medians represent the 16th–84th percentile range.
