Commander component maps for diffuse AME regions. From top to bottom: synchrotron amplitude (mK at 22.8 GHz), Hα (Dickinson et al. 2003, Rayleighs), free-free amplitude (mK at 22.8 GHz), AME amplitude (mK at 22.8 GHz), thermal dust amplitude (MJy sr-1 at 545 GHz), CMB-subtracted Planck 28.4 GHz map (mK). Column 1: a plume of emission in Pegasus, centred at . Column 2: the Corona Australis region at (l,b) = (0deg,−18deg). Column 3: an extended region of emission in Musca/Chamaeleon, centred at (l,b) = (305deg,−26deg) (the Large Magellanic Cloud can be seen to the bottom-right). Column 4: the Orion (M42) region of emission centred at . Column 5: the λ Orionis region at (l,b) = (196deg,−12deg). The graticule separation is 10deg in both directions, and the colour scales are asinh (although most are close to linear). The regions looked at for the correlation analyses are shown as black rectangular boxes.

Current usage metrics show cumulative count of Article Views (full-text article views including HTML views, PDF and ePub downloads, according to the available data) and Abstracts Views on Vision4Press platform.

Data correspond to usage on the plateform after 2015. The current usage metrics is available 48-96 hours after online publication and is updated daily on week days.

Initial download of the metrics may take a while.
