Notes. The kinetic energies are defined as the energy of the total flow , differential rotation , meridional circulation , and the fluctuating velocity . The magnetic energies are defined as the energy of the total field , azimuthally averaged toroidal , azimuthally averaged poloidal , and the fluctuating component . All quantities from the eighth row onwards are averaged over the full volume and over the saturated time span.
