Example of an hourglass-shaped source (G48.561-0.364) that consists of two unresolved sources close together. The white contours represent the area of the source extracted by BLOBCAT. The black contours show observations from CORNISH (see Sect. 5.4) at 5 GHz with a resolution of 1.5′′ at levels of 2, 5, and 10 mJy beam-1.
