Table 2

A list of best-fit column densities and number densities derived from the LVG analysis.

Species Column densities (cm-2) Hydrogen densities (cm-3)

CS (1.07 ± 0.13) × 1015 (7.26 ± 1.18) × 105
CN (5.48 ± 3.75) × 1015
H2CO (5.01 ± 2.76) × 1013
SO (4.46 ± 0.61) × 1014 (1.10 ± 0.21) × 106
N2H+ (1.47 ± 0.58) × 1013
H3O+ (9.44 ± 0.38) × 1014 (7.18 ± 3.32) × 104
SiO (7.95 ± 0.49) × 1013 (5.04 ± 0.32) × 105
HCN (3.38 ± 0.40) × 1015 (8.70 ± 1.76) × 105
HCO+ (5.26 ± 1.28) × 1014 (2.34 ± 0.84) × 105
HNC (1.90 ± 0.29) × 1014 (5.46 ± 0.88) × 105
HC3N (2.87 ± 0.58) × 1013
NO (3.02 ± 0.61) × 1015
CO (2.23 ± 0.35) × 1018 (2.28 ± 0.52) × 104
H13CN (9.70 ± 2.30) × 1013 (4.44 ± 2.00) × 105
H13CO+ (4.02 ± 2.55) × 1013

Notes. Densities for some species are not shown because of the larger uncertainty considered as a consequence of the partial source coverage by the beam (see Sect. 3). Because CO and HCN are likely to be optically thick, 13C isotopologues are also used in the LVG analysis assuming the 12C/13C ratio of 25.
