Timescales for planets in the HZ to reach a given fraction (50%, 75%, or 90%) of their final masses for the set of simulations with ad hoc initial conditions and for the set of simulations with initial conditions from a semi-analytical model. These values are averaged for all the HZ planets in each simulation.
