OSIRIS NAC focal length and distortion information for each image pixel were taken from distortion images that have been derived from pre-launch laboratory and in-flight star field measurements (Keller et al. 2007; Tubiana et al. 2015).

Initial values for the pole orientation (RA = 69.28°, Dec = 64.10°) were retrieved from earlier SPG analysis using SHAP4 image data only. The rotational period (W1 = 696.53265399902°/d, i.e., 12.4043 h/rotation) was taken from results of analyses of light curves from OSIRIS images of the Rosetta early approach phase (Mottola et al. 2014).
