Notes. All periods have been recalculated with the software Period04, and amplitudes were also re-measured from the light curves. The ratio of the FO to F amplitudes, k, is also given for each filter, and p denotes photographic data. We do not include B94 data because of poor phase coverage. The number in parentheses next to each value is the uncertainty on the last decimal point.
