Notes. The stellar-centric distances of the termination shock RTS, the astropause RAP, and the bow shock RBS are from the model described here. The stellar wind parameters are taken from Henrichs & Sudnik (2013). As interstellar temperature we use the diffuse ionized medium temperature derived by Reynolds et al. (1999). The density value is estimated from integrating the HI slice at the position and the velocities expected for the distance of λ Cephei based on data of the Canadian Galactic Plane Survey (Taylor et al. 2003).
Current usage metrics show cumulative count of Article Views (full-text article views including HTML views, PDF and ePub downloads, according to the available data) and Abstracts Views on Vision4Press platform.
Data correspond to usage on the plateform after 2015. The current usage metrics is available 48-96 hours after online publication and is updated daily on week days.
Initial download of the metrics may take a while.
