Surface temperature of the atomic gas estimated from the corresponding FUV radiation field strength and hydrogen nuclei density, which were determined from fitting the [Cii], [Oi]63, and F_TIR emission, adjusted via the -based correction, with the Kaufman et al. (1999, 2006) PDR model. The map centring, orientation, resolution, and contours of TIR emission are presented as in Fig. 13.
