Temporal evolution of the X-ray continuum flux (top figure), polarization degree (middle) and polarization position angle (bottom) in the 15 keV band resulting from the occultation of a primary source polarized parallely to the disk symmetry axis. The cloud hydrogen column density varies from 1022 cm-2 to 1025 cm-2 (columns) and its size relative to the emitting disk ranges from 1.5 to 3 (rows); nevertheless, the cloud’s covering factor is set to 50%.
