MDF from our sample of stars in two outer fields at r_ell ~ 0.6° in the Fornax dSph. Different shadings show different components in our sample, where we explicitly highlight the stars which we removed in the process of the radial-velocity clipping. We note that this selection process did not introduce any bias to our sample. The red line is the error-convolved version of the underlying field-star histogram.
