Notes. For all objects, Enorm = 1 GeV, D(p) = 1028·(p/ (mpc))4 /3 cm2 s-1, and the hydrogen density of the MC was assumed to be homogeneously distributed with a value of nH = 100 cm-3. For W49B, a volume-filling factor of 0.06 was used (Abdo et al. 2010b). Since for the other objects no solid observational estimates of the volume-filling factors exist, volume-filling factors of unity were used.
