The red, blue, and green symbols (circles and arrows) represent the RV members, RV nonmembers, and stars with no RV estimate from the UVES sample, respectively. Most of the Li detections in UVES spectra have uncertainties associated with their EWs that are smaller than the data points. The black dots show the Giraffe members identified by Jeffries et al. (2014). Their uncertainties, which have typical values of ±10–20 mÅ, are not represented in the plot. Also, the uncertainties associated with the colors are not plotted, since their typical values of ±0.02 are negligible. The solid line denotes the upper envelope of the Pleiades distribution (crosses; Soderblom et al. 1993; Jones et al. 1996). The dashed lines identify the color range 0.35 < (B − V)0 < 1.33 spanned by the Pleiades members.
