SDSS images (top) and CTIO r′ band images (bottom) of galaxies in Abell 2670. The images are courtesy of Yun-Kyeong Sheen. The galaxies in each column are the same object. The surface brightness limits in the SDSS and CTIO observations are μlimit ~ 25 and 28 mag arcsec-2, respectively. One can see that the deep images reveal faint tidal features around the galaxies.
