Isophotal fit performed to V-band images extracted from the NGC 628 datacubes. Flux scale is in arbitrary units. For clarity, only some isophotes (black lines) are depicted on the plots. This fitting is later used as segmentation maps for the spectral extraction, i.e the extraction will be performed adding all the spectra between two isophotes separated by a given flux step.
