Notes. The parameters are defined as follows: σz / (1 + z) is the root-mean-square scatter in photo-z; η is the fraction of 3σ outliers at all redshifts; and ez is the bias, defined as the mean of (zp − z) / (1 + z) at a given z, where zp is the photo-z.
