Estimated extinction law (RV = AV/EB − V) variations binned as a function of Galactic longitude (Majaess et al., in prep.). The broader sight-lines encompassing M 25 (ℓ ~ 14°) and NGC 7790 (ℓ ~ 117°) exhibit higher and marginally lower values of RV than the canonical extinction law (RV ~ 3.1, Turner 1976), respectively.
