The bottom half combines both spectroscopically and photometrically classified stars (Sp+Ph). Note the contribution from the W-R and Of/WN stars remains unchanged as none of these stars were taken to lack spectroscopy. log LBol is given in (L), Q0 in (× 1049   ph   s-1), LSW in (× 1037   erg   s-1) and Dmom in (× 1036   cgs   units).
