Notes.

The entries in Cols. 1–6 correspond to those in Tables 9.5 and 9.6 of Frew (2008). Column 7 gives the velocities measured and compiled respectively by Frew (2008, his Tables 3.8a. Columns 8 and 9 contain the velocities based on line peak separations as retrieved from the literature; they are from Weinberger (1989) if not otherwise noted. Column 10 lists the post-shock velocities measured by Corradi et al. (2007) or Jacob et al. (2012). Column 11 gives references/remarks referring to the velocities listed in Cols. 8 and 9.
