Optical images of the fields of nine INTEGRAL hard X-ray sources selected in this paper for optical spectroscopic follow-up (see Table 1). The object name is indicated in each panel. The proposed optical counterparts are indicated with tick marks. Field sizes are 5′ × 5′. Nearly all mages were extracted from the DSS-II-Red survey; the one for IGR J02574−0303 (bottom left panel) was instead obtained from the DSS-I-Blue survey. In all cases, north is up and east to the left.
