Table 2

Results of the maximum likelihood analysis.

Model name ST1 ST2 FG1 FG2
Spatial distribution Exp. Gauss. Exp. Gauss.

R0/σr (kpc)
z0 (kpc)
Nexp (103)
Sb |  ≤ 10°,   | l |  ≤ 30° (10-7)*
Sb |  ≥ 40° (10-7)*

Notes. The scaling parameters R0, σ0, and z0 are given in units of kpc. Nexp is the total number of Galactic MSPs in the Milky Way given in units of 103. Sb |  ≤ 10°,   | l |  ≤ 30° are the estimated integrated average intensity above 100 MeV of the undetectable MSPs in units of 10-7 ph cm-2 s-1 sr-1 from the central Galactic radian, defined by | l |  ≤ 30° and | b |  ≤ 10°. Sb |  ≥ 40° gives the integrated average intensity above 100 MeV of the undetectable MSPs in the same units at high Galactic latitudes (| b |  ≥ 40°). All uncertainties are only statistical (2σ confidence level).

(*)

Units are ph cm-2 s-1 sr-1.

Current usage metrics show cumulative count of Article Views (full-text article views including HTML views, PDF and ePub downloads, according to the available data) and Abstracts Views on Vision4Press platform.

Data correspond to usage on the plateform after 2015. The current usage metrics is available 48-96 hours after online publication and is updated daily on week days.
