Observed positions of DP CVn and DI Psc in the Hertzsprung-Russell diagram. The post-main-sequence tracks for 1.5, 1.8, 2.0, 2.3, 2.5 and 3.0 solar masses are shown (cf. Granzer et al. 2000). These tracks suggest masses of 1.8 M_⊙ and 2.3 M_⊙ for DP CVn and DI Psc, respectively. Both stars appear on the RGB at the end of the first Li dredge-up phase, which is marked by the dashed lines taken from Charbonnel & Balachandran (2000).
