Notes.We use φv as a notation for the phase of the LOS velocity perturbation, φB as a notation for the phase of the LOS magnetic field perturbation, and φI as a notation for the phase of the intensity perturbation. For the fast modes we have assumed the widest possible range for θ, q, φB,p, φB,st, φv,p, and φv,st.
