Stellarity parameter as a function of r′ band magnitude derived from the CFHT data. It can be clearly seen that the stellarity parameters are mostly either close to 1 or 0 unless the sources are very faint. Note that the sources brighter than 16 mag have relatively small stellarities because the central parts of their images are saturated.
