Notes. The geometry of each apparatus is given by the outer cylinder radius b, the radius ratio η = a/b and the aspect ratio Γ = L/(b − a). The range of turbulence intensities are governed by the inner and outer cylinder Reynolds numbers Re1 and Re2. The effects of rotation are parameterized by the rotation number RΩ introduced by Dubrulle et al. (2005).

Current usage metrics show cumulative count of Article Views (full-text article views including HTML views, PDF and ePub downloads, according to the available data) and Abstracts Views on Vision4Press platform.

Data correspond to usage on the plateform after 2015. The current usage metrics is available 48-96 hours after online publication and is updated daily on week days.
