The fractional flux density errors for all ELAIS-S1 and CDF-S sources as function of their flux density. The solid red line indictates how the fractional error should decrease with increasing flux density in an image with an overall rms noise of 70   μJy according to Eq. (2). A calibration error of 5% is assumed.
