Notes. Γ is the index of the incident power-law and is coupled to the index of reflionx. kpo is the normalisation of the power-law component and ξ and kreflionx are the ionisation parameter and the normalisation of the reflection component. The parameters of warmabs and cabs have been fixed to the values of Table 4.
