The BAOlet statistic B for the MICE simulation when some observational effects are taken into account. In the top panel, we show the B(R,s) obtained when redshift-space distortions are included in the simulation. In the bottom panel, we show the result when a radial selection function is applied to the halo catalogue. In both cases, the contours are drawn in steps of 5 in B. Solid contours correspond to the results with the observational effects included. The dashed contours correspond to the original real-space result without selection, i.e., they are identical to those in the bottom panel of Fig. 3.
