Nσ is the number of sigmas for the statistics. Ng is the total number of galaxies in the given shell. p is the anisotropy parameter. ⟨|cos θ|⟩r shows the value of |cos θ| for galaxies in the shells of randomly placed spheres and rmsr is its root mean square calculated over 100 realizations.
