3σ upper limits for the absorption-corrected luminosities for Nova M31N 1997-10c.

The count rate detected in observation c2 gives a luminosity of 2.4 ± 2.8 × 1037 erg s-1, which results in the upper limit given in the Table. The fact that this upper limit is higher than the luminosity detected in observation c1 is, at least in part, attributed to the very short effective observing time of less than 6000 s.
