Notes. J2000 coordinates, source types, and redshifts are taken from the NED, black hole masses M are from the references given. The kpc-scale morphology has been taken from the MOJAVE database (Lister et al. 2009). We also give the total monitoring time T and the number of measurements N for the 1.3-mm (here labeled 1-mm for brevity), 2-mm, and 3-mm bands, respectively.
