Upper limits implied by LAT non-detections on the ratio S between the 100 MeV fluence and the 100 MeV fluence obtained by extrapolation to 100 MeV of the ~1 MeV spectrum of the GBM detected photons. β is the spectral index describing the high energy part of the GBM spectrum, dNγ/dE ∝ Eβ. Also shown are the measured values of S for LAT detected GRBs (red).
