HRD with LBV (candidate) stars in the vicinity of the Quintuplet cluster. In addition to the program stars of this paper we indicate the Pistol star and FMM 362 (parameters taken from Najarro et al. 2009) and WR 102ka (Barniske et al. 2008). The Humphreys-Davidson limit (solid line, adapted from Figer et al. 1998) is shown as well as the hot LBV minimum light strip from Clark et al. (2005, dashed, extrapolated with thin dashes to higher luminosities). Even the steeper version of this latter limit from Groh et al. (2009, dash-dotted line) puts WR 102ea, WR 102hb, LHO 110, and WR102ka to its right side, i.e. in the suggested LBV domain.
