EPIC MOS and pn spectra for AO1 and AO4 extracted from the North-Western region, which shows the low-temperature cut-off of ~0.5 keV. The data and best-fit model both represent the total spectrum including all the cosmic and instrumental background components. The models start diverging above 8 keV, because the instrumental background starts to dominate in this energy band.
