The eccentricity shrinks in the same fashion as for a 20 MEarth planet, but about 50% faster. The semi-major axis increases also in the same trend, but the outward migration starts about 50% later than in the 20 MEarth case. The outward migration is then stopped at a radius slightly smaller than for a 20 MEarth planet.
