Notes. The baseline models are composed by a simple absorbed power-law continuum with narrow Gaussian emission lines. The narrow absorption lines refer to those that have been detected in the E=6.4-7.1 keV band with F-test confidence levels greater than 99% and to those detected at energies greater than 7.1 keV with additional Monte Carlo probability $\ge $95%. The errors are at the 1$\sigma $ level.
