Superscripts ``I'' and ``O'' refer to whether the comet was inbound (pre-perihelion) or outbound (post-perihelion). Telesc.: telescope (with aperture diameter) used for the observation. Obs. date: observing date. Appearance: S - stellar, A - active, N - not detected. Notes on the appearance: (1) visibly active; (2) activity detected by PSF or stellar comparison; (3) visibly active, with coma, tail, and/or Neck-Line; (4) observation of a distant coma emission in excess of a model nucleus; (5) nucleus seen as a compact source in the expected position, with a trail. (6) In the original paper, a warning is reported that the non-detection could be due to ephemerides uncertainty or a crowded field, therefore the magnitude of the target could be not constrained.
