sic refers to $\alpha $-SiC from Pégourié (1988), bsic to $\beta $-SiC from Borghesi et al. (1985). The number refers to the percentage of SiC. The rest is amorphous carbon from Rouleau & Martin (1991; also see Sect. 3).
