``HJD'' gives heliocentric Julian date (HJD-2 450 000) at mid-exposure. $\phi_{\lambda4686}$ indicates the corresponding phase according to the new He  II\l4686 ephemeris of Table 3. RV1 gives the primary radial velocity as measured on the He  II\l4686 line. ``Exp'' lists the exposure time (in seconds) while ``SNR'' indicates the measured signal-to-noise ratio in the range 4740-4750 Å.
