^a Energy conversion factors have been calculated for each camera, optical blocking filter of the observation and energy band. To obtain the values a power-law spectral model of photon index $\Gamma=1.7$ and observed absorption $N_{\rm H}=3$ $\times$ $10^{20}~{\rm cm}^{-2}$ was assumed. The ecf are given in units of $10^{11}~{\rm cts~cm^2~erg^{-1}}$ .
